TERMS AND CONDITIONS - TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION

Payment Terms

Prepayment
is required prior to first day of class. The registration fee covers the cost of all training materials, including reference material, handouts, books, and supplies.

Credit Card payments require card number, expiration date, cvv code, address and zip code for card.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express.

Checks or money orders must be drawn on a US bank in US dollars and must be received by the first day of class.

Purchase Orders may be issued at any time, but payment must be received before the first day of class.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed three weeks prior to class without any cancellation fees. For cancellations within 3 weeks to 1 week of class, a 50% fee will be charged. For cancellations within 1 week a 100% fee will be charged. Substitute attendees are accepted.

Note: Certificates and materials wil be issued upon receipt of tuition. Conformance Technologies reserves the option of canceling, postponing, rescheduling or relocating any class.
