TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Technical Services
The following terms and conditions are for technical services.
Estimates and Prices:
Prototype PCB's and electromechanical assembly are performed on a time and materials basis. Work is performed by engineering technicians experienced in new product development. Detailed reporting of issues with physical layout, documentation and materials along with 'on the fly' modifications are considered standared features of this service. Billings are based upon actual hours worked.
Small runs of established product are performed on a per piece basis. Lot setup fees and tooling charges may be applicable for high part count jobs. Quoted estimates are based upon documentation review. Final costs may be affected by omissions or discrepancies in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) or assembly documents provided to Conformance Tech for estimation purposes.

Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee:
All work is performed to IPC-A-610 Class 2 unless otherwise stated in the customer's procurement documentation. Conformance Technologies, Inc. guarantees 100% of the contract services performed will be free of defects when shipped. Our work is 100% inspected to IPC-A-610 applicable standards or customer's requirements.
We will rework at no charge, any product where the service work performed by Conformance Technologies, Inc. has a workmanship defect. Conformance Technologies, Inc.'s liability is limited to the rework of workmanship defects and Conformance Technologies, Inc. is not liable for any other expenses or losses.
Minimum Order Size & Payment Terms
Our minimum charge for Technical Services is $150. Payment terms are Net 30 days for qualified accounts. We also accept Mastercard, Visa and AMEX. These terms and conditions of sale are provided to Conformance Technologies' customers on first-time orders and may/may not be sent out but be referred to on subsequent quotations.
