This is a one-day course for either Through-hole or Surface Mount Rework

Through-hole and/or Surface Mount Rework

This course consists of lecture and hands-on practice. The student will understand the methods of reworking unsatisfactory solder connections and removing and reinstalling components.

Items discussed are:

• Reflowing Solder Connections
• Proper method of adding solder
• Solder removal methods
• Proper use of solder wick
• Removal and installation of components

Upon completion student will receive a certificate of accomplishment from Conformance Technologies.
